What our guests have to say about Eco Escape!
Molly says
"Amazing little place to stay. We stayed in a campervan on the field at the top and it was so so peaceful. The toilets and showers are fab, and there was a handy tap on our field for filling our kettle."
Emily Rose F Said:
They thought about everything! There was wheelbarrows to transport all your belongings easily to your pitch, and a freezer for anything, like lollipops for the kids and luckily ice packs were available to borrow for packed lunches. Also charging ports available. The hosts were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. They came round the site of an evening to check we were all OK and could give any useful advice to make our stay the best they could.
The toilet and shower blocks were very clean and maintained regulary. Only about a 30 second walk from the camping grounds itself
Lucy W Says:
We had a lovely 4 days at eco escapes. The campervan pitches were huge and surrounded by beautiful flower meadow with a spectacular sunset every evening. It was great having a bench and fire pit provided for us and the toilets/showers/washing facilities were all good with plenty of hot water. A lovely spot. Thankyou

I stayed in "Snowdrop" one of the woodland pitches, the fact that a covered area was provided was definitely a life saver as the weather I had for the week I stayed was mixed and I only had a tiny two man tent. Clean eco friendly hot showers and toilets were most welcome as was the covered kitchen area. It's location was great for traveling around Pembrokeshire. It was my first camping trip for a VERY long time and as a female traveling with just a dog it felt very safe and welcoming. I would whole heartedly recommend a stay here and I'm sure I'll be going back.
James says:
Before this, camping to me was a tent in a field or glamping. This location was great, everything was so thought out. Great recommendations and well thought out to facilitate everything you need during your stay!

"A spacious, clean and friendly family-run campsite. Eco-conscious cleverly designed facilities."

"We stayed in the woodland area and absolutely loved it. It felt like wild camping - we couldn't see anyone else from our pitch. The covered over picnic area is a genius idea (what with Welsh weather). The lovely owners came round to deliver wood chips to soak up ground water and that kept us dry and comfortable. Highly recommend this site."
A Gill Said:
We spent a couple of nights at Eco Escape in our T4 camper wanting to escape the tourists at home in Cornwall! It was a peaceful and calm stay (there was only one other van on the first night and someone way down in the tent pitches the second, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves!) Even if there had been others, there is so much space in between the pitches you wouldn't feel cramped in at all.
The toilets and showers were spotless and, what with the heat, we very much appreciated the use of the freezer for our ice blocks! The benches were a lovely and useful touch and the recycling and rubbish facilities really well organised.
Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area and it was lovely to meet the owners too.
Charlotte Said:
We camped here for a few nights. If you like the idea of wild-camping with toilets and a shelter, it was essentially that. Which is probably down to the fact that we were the only people on site for a few nights. Owners don't live on site but visit daily so you'll probably see them around, which added to the feeling of security. The site is very beautiful, the toilets and showers are also brill nice temperature, etc. Highly reccommend.
The only downsides, which are mostly to do with location and time of year (not much they can do about it) were that there was some dirt-bike racing around the area and you could hear the wind-turbines so it was a bit eery being all alone there at night. But absolutely nothing they could've done about that really so we'd definitely visit again.

We had a lovely time camping on this site! We stayed in Snowdrop pitch and it was honestly amazing to have our own little space with a fire pit, bench and shelter. The toilets/showers weren’t far from our pitch and they were always clean and worked well!

We had the most magical week here and our favourite camp site ever!!!!
We were in the meadow and it was just gorgeous!!!!
2 adults, 11 year old, 9 year old and dodgy!
The cover, table and hammock are such lovely additions.
The campsite has everything you need and nothing you don't.
The pitches are a good distance a part and so you feel private!
Loos discreet and flushing!!!!
Showers very functional and good area to hang your bits (so they don't get wet).
The owners father is charming and pops over in the evening (and crucially is not invasive).
Incredible beaches close by and a massive Tesco!!!!!
Loved it and we will be back!

"This is the best campsite I have ever been too. The location is perfect for exploring Pembrokeshire, fantastic quiet and private pitches (the woodland pitches especially) great for couples and families. The facilities are first class, with little added extras of shelters, hammocks, charging points, ice packs and options to buy firewood and bbq packs. Brilliant family run business, Kirsty the owner is so lovely and helpful. We will be back soon!!"
Steven H Says:

A fantastic place to stay, we will be booking again

"Lovely and secluded pitches available in the woodland area, good location near local beaches and 30 mins from Marloes peninsula. Showers and kitchen were top notch - rustic looking and perfectly functional. Close to Milford Haven so you have access to the shops, but still feels very rural. Had loads of fun with the firepit and hammock!"
Natasha Said:
Amazing campsite, attentive owners an all round perfect trip. The hammock and shack were fabulous touches that made the experience even more special. The couple running the site were lovely (we only seen them briefly) and the elderly man (I think it Is his farm) was so lovely gave us lots of tips for day trips and was so welcoming. Would highly recommend.

We were attracted to Eco Escape Campsite for its ‘eco’ credentials, and we weren’t disappointed. Between beautiful wild meadows and surrounded by clean energy, we felt so relaxed and connected. We both suffer from stress and anxiety, and this holiday, and campsite really helped us to unwind, relax, and enjoy ourselves. The showers and toilets were absolutely brilliant; very clean, and easy to use. The surrounding countryside feels unfettered, and healthy, which in this world isn’t always the case. We had a fire pit, and there was lumber and kindling on-site with easy access. We had correspondence via text with the owners, and it was quick, polite, and helpful. We visited off season - June - but there were others on the campsite. They were all lovely people, very friendly but respectful. I will 100% be visiting again, and will look forward to it

Fairly last-minute booking but we were delighted with the campsite. Only our second camping holiday as a family, and this was a complete contrast to the busy and noisy site we stayed at last year. We stayed in the hay meadow area. There are a limited number of pitches, which are more than generously spaced so that you're not on top of each other. It also made the whole place feel nice and quiet.
Each pitch had a picnic bench and BBQ or firepit, and we had more than enough room to pitch our tent plus a large gazebo. The pitch for our tent was level and well-kept. We had a lovely view of the sunset each evening, framed by the mature woodland around the site.
The facilities are excellent - wooden toilet cubicles and showers, and washing-up area. All were clean and functional - toilets always had loo roll and hand soap, showers were charmingly basic in function (but user-friendly and with plenty of warm water) and substantially sized so that we could change with ease and without our clothes getting soaked.
The entrance area had a small structure with a freezer to store ice packs, lots of information about the campsite and local area, and items to borrow.
We had a couple of visits from the very friendly and helpful people who ran the campsite, who both made us feel welcome and gave information about the local area.
We would not hesitate to return to Eco Escapes.

"Spacious pitches and good facilities in an idyllic setting. Booked last minute for a bank holiday and am so glad we did. Best part of the trip was sitting by our fire pit at night enjoying an adult beverage and watching the bats fly overhead. Would definitely come again!"

We camped in the woodland area- we had our own plot, and a surprisingly level of privacy for camping! Clean toilets and showers, picnic bench and fire pit in our plot, such a reasonable price! We’ll definitely be back. I’d recommend a car, we generally drove to most places but so many brill things to do nearby, ie. beaches, towns, pubs🌻🌻🌻

I stayed at the Snowdrop campsite (one of the woodland campsites), and it was so quiet, peaceful, and easy access to lots of great local hiking. Facilities were super clean, and I loved having my own fire pit, covered picnic table, and hammock. The freezer to re-freeze ice packs was also really convenient. It really felt like home after our 3 nights there.

We stayed at ecoescapes for the bank holiday, (my friend, my dog and I.) We couldn't believe how beautiful and peaceful it was, we were in a corner of a wildflower meadow with loads of space and privacy. The owners have not over filled the space, and have thought of everything to make the stay really special- picnic benches, a fire pit, really clean toilets, hot showers, wheelbarrows to take your stuff down to your little spot. Its so nice not to have cars down there. We had a little look in the woodland camping area to choose our spot for next time as that looked incredible too.
The owner's dad came round to say hello, and recommended a lovely coastal circular walk fom the campsite. Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you
